Account Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your VaultCare account and the data associated with it.

Effective date: January 27, 2026

How deletion works

  • Submit a deletion request using the form below.
  • We may contact you to confirm account ownership before processing the request.
  • Once processed, we delete account data and encrypted vault records tied to your user ID, subject to legal and security retention requirements.

What gets deleted

  • Your authentication account and profile record.
  • Encrypted document records and encrypted storage objects associated with your account.
  • Registered device records associated with your account.

Some records, such as billing events or fraud-prevention logs, may be retained for a limited period when required by law or to protect the service.

Local-only mode

If you used VaultCare without creating an account, your documents remain only on your device. You can remove local data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage from your device settings.
